How To Apply Wheatgrass Topicals (combine them with Supershots for faster recovery)

Abscess Drainage (use Spray)

Apply Wheatgrass to surface of abscess & wait 10 minutes. This reduces pain of incision. Drain abscess. Apply Wheatgrass to wound & surrounding inflamed tissues. Drainage wick unnecessary . Apply non-stick dressing and moderately firm bandage. Repeat in 24 hours. Pain can cease overnight. Minimal discharge, inflammation & swelling. Wound may close in two or three days usually with daily dressing & Wheatgrass application. People can usually self-treat with Wheatgrass & dressing on day 3.

Acne vulgaris (use Cream / Superbalm and/or Spray)

Apply twice daily to the affected areas and perservere. It could takes a week to several months.

Apply Wheatgrass Spray twice daily. Usually takes 2 or 3 months, but some good results can be expected. Wheatgrass appears to have a positive effect on auto-immune conditions such as alopecia areata, psoriasis and acne rosacea.

Anal fissure/Hemorrhoids/Fistula (use Cream or Spray)

Anal fissure is most likely an auto-immune condition. Given that wheatgrass often heals the fissure and hemorrhoidsand and relieves the constipation. Apply small amount to anal canal twice a day with a cotton bud or a qtip or a gloved hand. Fissure and hemorrhoids can heal rapidly, often in 7 to 10 days. Fistula may take a little longer. Drinking Supershots while applying cream or spray is highly recommended. No adverse effects and usually very effective.

Burn contractures (use Spray)

Apply sparingly to contracture 3 times a day or more frequently. Contracture can soften in 15-20 minutes allowing increased mobilisation. Also worth trying on Dupuytren's contractures.

Apply immediately to burn area after first-aid. Apply light, non-stick dressing. Change dressing daily. Pain reduction or elimination can occur within hours. Low or negligible infection & rapid healing with reduced scar formation. Wheatgrass is an effectove treatment for burns, both superficial and deep.

Chilblains (use Cream / Superbalm and/or Spray)

Apply every few hours to the affected areas. Wheatgrass can moderate symptoms.

Cracked nipples from breastfeeding (use Spray)

Apply a little Recovery Spray over the nipple area before and after each feed. Wheatgrass is a very effective anti-inflammatory which reduces inflammation and heals cracking, AND is safe to drink, so it won’t harm the baby. In fact, because wheatgrass boosts the immune system, it will help protect the baby from infection.

Ear Aches (use Spray)

Instill a few drops of wheatgrass extract(Spray) into the infected ear a few times a day until it clears the infection.

Eczema/Dermatitis/TSW (use Spray and Supershots)

Apply Spray sparingly particularly to thick, fissured, dry areas 2 or 3 times a day. Spray can be combined with 1% hydrocortisone (Wheatgrass first, steroid on top)in refractory Skin rapidly softens along fissures reducing pain & allowing improved movement of stiff, hypertrophic tissue. In the second week, try to reduce the steroid by 50 percent either on a daily basis, or every second day. By the third week, it should be safe to reduce the steroid to twice weekly, then once weekly, then cease. With this technique, you will build up the skin's immunity so that the steroid will hopefully no longer be required, while the Wheatgrass Spray continues to be used one to two times daily. AVOID SOAP, REDUCE EXPOSURE TO HOT WATER and APPLY WHEATGRASS SPRAY AT LEAST TWICE A DAY

Skin lesions (use Cream or Superbalm or Spray)

Apply small amount of Wheatgrass over base of lesions e.g. cyst, or over sutured skin. Cover firmly with non-stick dressing. Re-dress daily. Minimal or no pain after local anesthetic wears off. Clean, blood-free open wound site next day, no adherence to dressing. Little ooze. Can prevent infection, with fast healing & reduced scarring.

Foot / Leg ulcers (use Spray and Supershots)

Apply sparingly to ulcer once in 1~2 days and cover with light non-stick dressing and tape around it. If too painful, apply around ulcer. Can reduce pain & risk of infection. May induce healing & increase circulation to affected area. Combine with Dr Wheatgrass Supershots to boost healing. In about a week, the ulcer will show signs of debridement, i.e. removal of dead tissue and re-vitalisation of the ulcer floor due to a return in blood circulation. This is crucial for the ulcer to heal or to prevent potential amputation. Perseverance is essential.

Granulomas (use Spray)

Apply Wheatgrass daily with light dressing. Antibiotics not usually required. Exudate can dry up in 48 hours. Lesion may take several weeks to resolve.

Apply Wheatgrass every 4 hours to developing or established rash. May assist & shorten healing process & ease pain.

Ingrown toenail (use Cream / Superbalm)

Apply to inflamed area & cover with light dressing once a day. Often marked reduction in pain & inflammation in a few days.

Apply immediately to injection site & cover with bandaid. Can prevent local pain, tenderness & swelling.

Injuries / Bruising (use Superbalm)

Apply immediately to affected area and 2~3 times a day. Often, wheatgrass helps reducing pain and swelling in hours.

Jellyfish & insect bites & stings(use Cream / Superbalm and/or Spray)

Apply immediately to affected area. Can ease pain & reduce inflammation if applied early.

Lacerations & other open wounds (use Spray)

Apply to open wound or sutured lesion. Apply firm, non-stick dressing. Repeat daily. minimal seepage or blood loss. No adhesion to dressing. Rapid healing, swelling reduction & no wound infection observed.

Laser burns (use Spray)

Apply to burn site once a day. Can prevent and reduce inflammation and pain.

Molluscum contagiosum (use Spray)

Apply twice daily to the affected areas. It does not need to be rubbed in. After several weeks, it is the time to start looking for change. This often shows as increased or decreased numbers of the spots, redness, changes in size and color of the bumps. These are GOOD signs. It means the virus is reacting to wheatgrass. Bumps can resolve completely with continued use, usually within a few weeks. It pays to persist.

Nosebleeds/Bleeding (use Cream or Superbalm or spray)

Apply a small amount of wheatgrass Cream inside the bleeding nostril with a cotton bud/Q-tip, then hold the front of the nose with finger and thumb for a few minutes while breathing through the mouth. For bleeding from cuts or while getting tatoos, apply spray to the affected area. Wheatgrass creates a fine film and stops bleeding.

Phlebitis (use Superbalm)

Apply Wheatgrass 3 times a day or more frequently to affected area. Can soften tissue & reduce swelling, tenderness and pain.

Paronychia (use Superbalm)

Apply to affected area. Wheatgrass almost invariably produces remarkable improvement, reducing pain, inflammation and swelling overnight.

Phlebotomy, IV sites (use Cream and/or Spray)

Apply immediately after vein puncture. Can prevent bruising & inflammation. Ideal for venepuncturists.

Plantar fasciitis (use Superbalm)

Apply 2-3 times daily to affected areas and persist. May experience reduction of pain within a week or so.

Psoriasis (use Spray)

Apply twice daily to affected areas and persist. May take a couple of months for lesions to fade. Usually itch disappears in first few days or weeks, then plaque becomes thinner with reduction in scale shedding. Lesions become smoother and in time and center begins to fade.

Smear small amount of Wheatgrass on lesion twice daily. Can eradicate lesions in about 6 - 8 weeks. Also useful for basal cell carcinomas.

Apply daily to wound with light non-stick dressing. Repeat daily. Wound can dry quickly & heal within several weeks or sooner.

Sunburn (use Spray)

Spray over burn area every three or four hours. This significantly and quickly reduces inflammation and eases pain. It is also best to use the Spray combined with sunblock before exposing yourself to the sun.

Varicose ulcers (use Spray)

Apply small amount of Wheatgrass over ulcer bed & surrounding skin every 2 days. Apply non-stick light dressing. Compression not required. Pain reduction & cleansing of ulcer floor can occur with healing from wound edges & center of ulcer. Skin surrounding ulcer thickens & strengthens.
